What is Tots Edge? 

Tots Edge is an off-ice training program designed specifically for young figure skaters ages 4-6 to build the foundational skills needed for on-ice success. At Tot's Edge we focus on developing balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, extension, jump strength, musicality, movement, rhythm, and timing—all essential for skating progression.

By incorporating toys, music, and games, Tot’sEdge ensures that training is both fun and age-appropriate, keeping young skaters engaged while reinforcing the connection between off-ice exercises and on-ice skills. The program helps create muscle memory and movement patterns that translate seamlessly to skating skills.

Rules & Policies

• A parent or guardian must be on the premises at all times. Our location is accessible to the public. For the safety of each student, we request that parents are present during class time.

• To reduce noise and distractions, we kindly ask each parent and other visitors to view class from a slight distance. Please do not interrupt class. If a student requires extra help or attention, our teachers will take initiative to address these needs. 

• Be prepared for class by arriving on time, and making sure your child uses the bathroom before class begins. 

Please Avoid: 

• Bringing additional items such as toys to class.

• Allowing your child to wear distracting clothing or accessories, or anything that could cause a tripping hazard (tails, costumes with bulky or long details, cat ears, jewelry that is easy to remove, etc).

• Parents/guardians are expected to be patient with their child’s learning process and trust our teachers’ feedback. 

• Any outstanding payments must be paid by the first day of class. If you have an outstanding balance after the first class, you may be dropped from the class.

• Black Skating Pants and Jacket

• Tennis shoes

Tuition:

• Monthly: $88.00 

• Drop In: $25.00 class
